No-Refund Policy

All purchases made on olympiadgurukul.com (courses, mock tests, digital content) are final and non-refundable. By completing a payment you agree to this policy.

Exceptions

• Duplicate payment (charged twice for the same order).
• Payment captured but access not provided due to a technical error within 72 hours.
• Failed/declined transaction where amount was debited from your bank.

Eligible cases are verified via our logs and Razorpay dashboard. If approved, refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
